2. Access to your data on our platform is restricted to you and your team. To provide you with guidance and support throughout the project, members of the Glaut team might also have access by default. Nevertheless, we’re happy to restrict access only to you if you request so.
3. Glaut utilises industry leading LLM APIs, such as OpenAI, which adhere to stringent data privacy policies to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information. Data submitted through these API providers is not used to train the underlying models or improve their own service offering.
4. If you request so, we commit to delete your data (such as the questionnaire, images, interview transcripts…) from our platform within 30 days from such request.
